Our guest is Kevin Spall, CEO of Thomson-Shore, a 100 percent employee-owned full-service book manufacturing, printing, publishing, production, and distribution company.  Kevin Spall sat down with Bret Keisling of Captial Trustees, LLC during Employee Ownership Month (October 2017) at The ESOP Association Great Lakes Conference at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Sandusky, OH.  Their open and wide-ranging discussion covers many of the unique aspects of the culture at an employee-owned company.
